13 days from contract to live website
In September I replaced the website of GMN-Color, a digital print shop in Újpest, which dated from around 2013, with a modern, mobile-first one.

What went into it
Quote request form with file upload
Separate fields for each product: size, number of copies, paper, binding. The print-ready file can be several hundred megabytes. The old form had a name, an email and a text box.

Built for mobile
A proper menu instead of a dropdown list, and product pages that are comfortable to use on a phone.
Google addresses kept
All 14 product pages stay at the same address.
A fast, static site
There are no plugins to keep updating and no database, so it is fast and there is less that can go wrong.
Secure connection everywhere
The old http addresses also redirect automatically to the encrypted version.
Backup and the existing hosting
The new site runs on the company's existing hosting, and a full backup of the old site was made first.
